Carcavelos beach, in Cascais, was the stage for the eighth edition of the tubing championship. The event took place on February 19th and gathered great conditions for tubular waves.
The Capítulo Perfeito powered by Billabong is one of the most awaited dates in the Portuguese surfing calendar and an excellent opportunity to watch the best tube-riders in the world in action.
This event is the only elite surfing championship in the world where the surfers are chosen by the public, through online voting. Surf fans chose surfers in three categories: National surfers, international surfers, and the New Generation category.
